| A background check would have been a good idea. Welcome Florida closed their doors several months ago. They owe thousands(!) of dollars to transportation companies, staff, former employees and vendors. Some very loyal staff are desperate for the money owed to them and numerous emails and phone calls were sent to Lynn Griffith pleading for monies owed with no response from her. Her corporate clients paid her for our services but she neglected to pay us in turn. No one knows exactly why. |

| Smart Money should due a background check before recommending a company like this. The owe me, vendors, staff. |

| Our company provided transportation services in Atlanta for Welcome Florida for a WBENC event in May, 2008, and have not yet been paid, either. Apparently, their hourly contract employees are not the only ones not being paid. (we are WBENC Certified, too) |

Welcome Florida (Lynn Griffith) engages hourly contract workers to support their programs and does not pay them for their services rendered. There are several of us who have worked many long hours for Welcome Florida who have still not been paid for programs going back to 2008. This speaks volumes for their way of doing business and their unethical and fraudulant
practices. They have received numerous letters and phone calls from us, yet continue to ignore their responsibility for payment for services. |
