| I agree with TeoNYC. I have had a macbook Pro for 6 months and it can run any Windows program faster than a PC at the same time you are in mac programs. If I absolutely needed to have a Windows program, no problem. For instance, I can run Fidelity Investment's Active Trader Pro to handle my investment accounts in the Windows mode. It does not run on mac software. I do not need any anti virus software since my e-mail and browser are all in the mac mode. My mac never locks up, something my PC did almost daily. I have other PC's and I need to run cleansing programs on them every few days to keep them working. |

| The biggest oversight in this article is that ALL new macs can run Windows XP, or Vista as well as the Mac OSX. Especially for the small business owner, you can get the ease and stability of the Mac, AND run Windows as needed. You have the option of re-booting to Windows or running them side-by-side. In my mind it becomes a no-brainer. Get the mac, run Office for Mac, plus you get all the great Apple-bundled software (iLife). Even check out Keynote which makes PowerPoint look like Soviet-era software. Then open your Windows-only software as needed. Drag-and-drop between the two environments. Its easy. And that what the small business owner really wants. | ||
