| I have to agree with the change. Many times we see the waitstaff huddled in corners doing nothing. Now they are more involved with there customers pre-bussing etc..Yes there are some drawback the spoons mysteriously vanishing into thin air, tables aren't being cleaned faster than before. There is a good side of things a good server will clean there area and keep the tables turning. Why is that hmmm to make $$$ yes they make $2.13 where I work but also they do not tip out anyone as for other waitresses in other restaurants. So a good employee will get the job done busboys or not! |
