I never thought about HSA and HRA go hand-inhand to save some big chunk of money for employees and as well provide some benefit as traditional ones. These days Traditional plans are getting too expensive and its really hard for employees to afford. I guess these type of combo would really help but only obstable of convincing the employees to use it..
