Two years ago someone bought a 14 acre parcel near me. I have verified this, he is making an average of 27,000.00 - 30,000.00 dollars a month on just the RV's he also has primitive camping and rentals that bring in more revenue. I have 40 acres near his place and mine has a 7 acre lake full of fish in the center. I am looking for a buyer Ndangerspc@aol.com
also have swimmers boat rentals and fishermen, by the way I have caught bass out of my lake that go 16 pounds. Someone investing could also make more revenue off scuba diving, fish hatchery, the lake produces a quarter million baby bass a year that can be took out and held in above ground tanks until they are 1 year old and then sold up to 2.00 each. We have noticed that when gas was at its highest price the economy was at its worse this place was loaded with RV's, easy to count $35.00 x's 30 RV's = that is 1,500.00 a day.
