Great article. I would like to stress that the S Corporation does provide SIGNIFICANT tax savings compared to C Corporations, LLCs, Partnerships, and Sole Proprietorships. Depending on the individual situation, I have seen S Corporations save business owners up to $9,500 per year in taxes!

My next book, due out in the fall of 2009 is titled 'Choosing the Right Structure for Your Business' and explores this debate further. Visit 30minutebooks.com to pre-order your copy today.
