What makes you stand out from the crowd?

We like to say that we live and breathe our business, and by that we mean that we are committed to meeting our clients' needs whenever and wherever they are around the globe. This has led us to establish offices in India, where we are building a strong, well-compensated employee base. Just as we're committed to delivering excellence with our services, so too are we committed to enabling our employees to build better lives — a result that we are seeing dramatically in India.

Knowing at the end of the day, it's up to me and my business partner to drive success through our organization and that the buck stops here.

Financing of the business, especially during times of growth, when we were expanding and building new products.

What's the best business advice you can offer?

Always listen to that voice inside you that tells you what you need to hear — not what you want to hear. Usually it never lets you down.
