Small-business owners, you deserve a moment in the spotlight. In this regular column, we highlight entrepreneurs from all over the U.S. who can answer the question: "What makes you stand out from the crowd?" We know you're proud of your accomplishments — now you can tell the world about them, too.Anthony Mongeluzo, owner of Pro Computer Service, answers our questions:What makes you stand out from the crowd?
We are a young and hungry company that has taken the tri-state area (surrounding New York City) by storm. Starting out with just one person, we have managed to win two years in a row a top-five spot in our region, south New Jersey, for fastest-growing companies. Our 2007 sales were $1.7 million, and this year we should easily do over $2 million. I started this company out of my bedroom, with like $50. Now, we're like the Geek Squad on steroids.

What's the best part about owning your own business?
The freedom to make decisions, and the ability to empower my people to make decisions. Because I work for myself, I feel like I have a lot of flexibility. If I need to get a haircut, or if I want to leave early on a Friday, I don't need to ask anyone. Of course, I don't use many of the perks available to me, but I feel very free.
What's the biggest hurdle you've overcome?
Growing and starting three separate offices (including one in Newark, Del.) within three calendar months.
What's the best business advice you can offer?
Don't listen to any advice – do what your heart tells you to do and follow your dreams as crazy as they may be.
